Emergency Lights Unlimited is dedicated to providing superior customer service. We aim to be efficient, fast and reliable so we can keep up with all of your needs, and have made a shipping & handling policy to match.

Orders placed with Emergency Lights Unlimited before 2 PM EST on a business day will be processed and confirmed that same day, except on Friday when orders must be received by 12 PM EST (additional exceptions may occur). Orders placed after 2 PM EST on a business day or during the weekend are generally processed and confirmed the following business day. Emergency Lights Unlimited observes all federal holidays.

When an order is placed with Emergency Lights Unlimited, an email will be sent out with the order's details, confirming that the product is available. All credits cards are verified before shipping, which in rare cases may delay delivery. In the event that your order includes oversized or multi-box items, we will notify you of any additional shipping charges in case you would like to modify or change your order. Once the order has been confirmed, tracking information will be emailed as well. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.

Emergency Lights Unlimited requires a physical address for shipment (no P.O. boxes, please). We proudly ship with UPS. All Emergency Lights orders ship from our warehouse:
